What I am looking for is two or three talented and (more importantly) dedicated writers who have the time and motivation to pump out 3-4 new articles a month. If you have a particular affinity for one of the four "genres" I mentioned above, that is fine, so long as once in a while you can stretch a bit a write something in a different area. The more personality you can show in your writing, the better, though keep in mind I'd always prefer substance over style.
